Toll Coating
We have the capabilities to coat using Direct Gravure, Reverse Gravure, Slot Die and Knife-over-Roll coating methods. In addition, we have expertise in optimizing coating formulas to achieve coating results that exceed customer requirements. Solvent and water based coatings can be applied to thin films up to 64" in width. SCS works with a wide range of thin films, metals, fabrics and engineered plastics.
For development runs and concept engineering, we offer pilot coating capabilities up to 25" in width. In addition, we utilize our various in-house solvent and water-based mixing capabilities to compliment all coating runs.
Other services offered by SCS include in-house slitting with capabilities up to 64" in width. Our slitting methods include rewind (razor and shear) and lathe. SCS also offers toll mixing and formulation equipment for your mixing requirements. With all of our toll services, our experienced personnel will ensure that products are produced pursuant to customer specific quality control and assurance requirements.
